Chief Food Officer
Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef Keoni Chang leads the food and beverage team and culinary programs at Foodland Super Market, Ltd. and the Sullivan Family of Companies. Since joining Foodland in 2004, he has he has enhanced the depth, breadth and quality of the company’s offerings and now extends his reach to its food venues across the islands.
Brian Sung
Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Brian Sung oversees the pastry and dessert programs for all Sullivan Family of Companies locations including KAHALA MKT. by Foodland and et al. A graduate of California School of Culinary Arts/Le Cordon Bleu, Brian honed his skills at Alan Wong’s, Honolulu Coffee Company and the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
